Belt Testing Evaluations

These customizable evaluations can be used at your belt testings to allow you or your instructors to easily check off each skill as the student performs it.

Each full-color evaluation sheet has blank areas for you to fill in the specific skills you require.

If you wish to print the required skills from your computer rather than handwriting them, you can create a file that can easily be changed for each belt testing .

Creating a file allows you to simply run the sheet through your printer to produce a professional evaluation form customized with your testing requirements (if you need help with this process, phone or e-mail support is available at no charge).

For an additional fee, individual training sessions are available to member schools at your location or ours.

One of our instructors will visit your school or you may visit ours to receive training directly from Patty Troia, the developer of the LTB program.
